Fundraising is an essential part of any high school athletic department success. With the support and collaboration of our Athletics Booster Club, we will continue to produce our popular Sports Media Guides. This year we will be producing three (3) Sports Media Guides: Fall, Winter & Spring.
Not only do the guides provide great PR and marketing opportunities for the school but the money generated through the ad sales goes directly to the teams (the teams keep approximately 70% of the money from the ads they sell). We have set a collective goal of $60,000 for this year's Media Guide Ad Sales Campaign!
Here are the steps for selling ads:
Step 1 - Select the appropriate Rate Card for your sport (see below). This form will give you all the information you need regarding packages, ad sizes, and ad costs.
Step 2 - Select the corresponding Sales Form for your sport (see below). If needed, use this form to capture all the information about the advertisers purchase. This can be used for an individual, business, family or team/group ad.
Step 3 - Go to Online Media Guide Ad Sales Formand reserve and pay for the advertisement(s) online. This is an online form that will accept electronic check and credit card payments.
* Please note that if you are reserving a team/group ad, we are asking that one person pay for the ad and collect payment from the other parents/families involved.
Step 4 - Turn in the advertisements. All Ads can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org (this includes, digital files, attachments, drawings of ideas, photos, etc.). You can also come to JCCHS on Ad Help Day to turn in ads and get assistance in ad design. See schedule below of Ad Help Days.
